"Nice, interesting lookin' body shop and they have great service. The receptionist, I think her name was Chelsea, was very nice, professional and helpful and the technicians did a beautiful did a beautiful job on my Cadillac. Took a lot to find some of the parts but they did their best and found almost everything and put her back together just as good as new and the one part i thought they forgot about, they got me back in asap because of the lifetime warranty you automatically get by choosin' them to take a look and explained that the part doesn't exist anymore and you can't get it anywhere which was why they didn't replace it. I was more than satisfied and i support their business 100%"

"I used Bruce's (Homeview Drive, Richmond location) for body work and painting. I had 4 different areas on my Jeep that needed attention. One of the areas was just a small scratch and when I went back to pick up my car I noticed that this area had been overlooked. The staff was very apologetic and assured me that I would not have to again wait for an appointment and that they would fit me in whenever it was convenient for me, which they did. Before I was able to get my car back in I put another few scratches on it after parking too close to a wire fence. When I went back to pick it up I was amazed and extremely impressed to find that they had completely taken care of this new damage for me at absolutely no additional charge! I really could not believe it! This was their way of apologizing for accidentally overlooking some of the original work order. Bret, who managed the work and estimate on my vehicle was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I cannot overemphasize his expertise and excellent customer service. The quality of the work was excellent, also. The paint matched perfectly and I could not tell that there had ever been any damage to the vehicle in the first place. Two thumbs up for Bret and for Bruce's!"
