After repairing over 100,000 vehicles, we know the following is a guideline for consumers who are having vehicles repaired under insurance claims.  Virginia Law protects the rights of consumers.

• You have the right to choose your repair facility.
• You may be entitled to a rental vehicle of comparable value to your vehicle
• You have the right to insist on Original Manufacturer’s Parts.
